INGREDIENTS

1 lb. small prawns or shrimps
1 lb. tender green beans
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons toasted and crushed sesame seeds

COOKING METHOD

Shell and de-vein prawns. Chop roughly and set aside.

Top and tail green beans, remove string and with a sharp knife, cut into thin diagonal slices

Heat oils in a wok and stir fry onion and prawns together for 2 minutes, add beans, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add seasonings and mix well, cover and simmer on low heat for 6-8 minutes or until beans are just tender.
